High-Performing Marketers More Likely to Use CDPs: Loyalty Research Center

CDPs adoption is significantly above average among high-performing B2C marketing organizations, according to this Loyalty Research Center survey of Fortune 500 marketing leaders.  That’s due to a greater focus on first-party data as companies adapt to a cookieless future.  Other tidbits: the average company uses seven martech systems, 75% are adding AI use cases, and 66% are sunsetting their DMP.

Era of casual hate speech on social in EU comes to an end

Big tech, which claims to have far more important ways to spend its time, is about to find out just how much people support their right to ignore hateful, harmful content – or if they want it removed. EU officials have agreed in principle that under the Digital Services Act, companies will need to: 1) make it easier for consumers to flag problems, 2) ban online ads aimed at kids, and 3) allow regulators to punish noncompliance with billions in fines.
