GrowthLoop Partners With Audience Acuity

GrowthLoop, the self-described composable CDP, has partnered with identity resolution solution Audience Acuity, to help unify identity fragments within Snowflake and launch personalized campaigns. GrowthLoop brings audience segmentation and journey orchestration capabilities while Audience Acuity draws on offline and online data to piece consumers together. This data will also be available to The Loop, GrowthLoop’s AI insights and optimization solution.

Consumers Feel More in Control of Their Lives: Havas

Yesterday we shared a Qualtrics survey that found consumers are crankier than ever, with more refusing to so much as answer customer experience surveys. This Havas study offers a cheerier view: while 70% feel the world is headed in the wrong direction, 56% feel more in control of their lives than one year ago. They also demand that brands help out: 46% have stopped using brands that don’t respect the planet or society.

Martech Growth Continues: Lotame

This Lotame study mostly promotes “data collaboration platforms,” which sound a lot like CDP but add third-party data and anonymous users.  It also contains intriguing statistics on martech acquisition plans: 58% of respondents plan to buy a CDP, ranking it third behind marketing automation (64%) and digital experience platforms (60%).  A much lower 19% plan to retire their current CDP, similar to the 18% figure for marketing automation.

Higher Consumer Expectations Lead to Declining Loyalty: Qualtrics

Consumers expect good experiences and when they don’t get them they are likelier to decrease or cease spending with the brand (up six points YoY), based on a survey of over 20,000 consumers by experience management platform Qualtrics. They are also less likely to tell the brand about it (down five points). They are also unlikely to post about it on social media; indeed most just won’t tell anyone.

Lytics Introduces the ‘Experience CDP’

Lytics has added new features and repositioned itself as an “Experience CDP” (xCDP), a change it believes will “finally solve the persistent challenges of Customer Data Platforms” by supporting CDPs’ “core mission” of “simplifying the complexity of personalization at scale.”  Key capabilities include real-time data access, cross-channel orchestration, content integration, and a free personalization offering. MessageGears Offers Full CDP Replacement

MessageGears has snappily redefined itself as “fully composable end-to-end data activation and engagement platform.”  In considerably plainer English, it says it can now replace a separate CDP, email service provider, and customer engagement platform while relying on a cloud data warehouse.  Although the different features are tightly integrated, they can be purchased as separate components by companies who don’t want the full kit.
