His career has centered on helping retailers across Asia Pacific and North America use their customer data to drive insight and improve business performance. He is especially passionate about making customer analytics accessible and actionable for non-technical people.

David holds a B.Sc. and B.Bus. from the University of Technology, Sydney and resides in Los Angeles with his wife Stefani and two daughters.
