CDP Arm Treasure Data has launched Audience Suite, a collection of features that make it easier for marketers to analyze and activate customer data. New capabilities include a complete customer profile on a single screen, guided segmentation interface, AI-based predictive analytics, and real-time personalization with prebuilt integration to common marketing applications.

IBM has several recent announcements including AI-powered interactive advertisements (pretty cool), an AI-based programmatic ad bid optimizer, and AI-based audience targeting in conjunction with LiveRamp. Yesterday also saw the formal release of Watson Assistant for Marketing, a natural language reporting interface for IBM’s Campaign and digital marketing platforms that was announced last month.
Still catching up with last week’s news, InfiniGrow launched an AI-driven marketing planning platform, which creates optional plans across multiple channels. Planning is done at the channel level although the system seems to use individual level in its calculations.
It’s tough to get brand safety right, but the industry keeps trying. IPG Mediabrands announced a new set of tools to find and block inappropriate ad placements, while IAS expanded its suitability measurements to include standards from the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM). Meanwhile, DoubleVerify admitted a mistake made brand safety on X/Twitter look worse than it really was in October 2023 and March 2024.
