Oracle and Deloitte Digital are working together to deploy Oracle’s CX Unity Customer Data Platform. Work will be done by Hux (as in “human experience”), which is a Deloitte Digital consulting practice specializing in building and using customer data systems.
Formerly-in-stealth Panoramic has uncloaked itself as a platform that automatically unifies customer data and then finds insights in the results. It doesn’t sound like the unified data can be accessed by other systems, which would mean Panorama isn’t a CDP. They have raised $35 million in funding.
Data solutions vendor Lotame has launched a PDX, a private data exchange that connects vetted data sellers with data buyers. Lotame provides the data management technology and ensures the data sellers have complied with privacy standards. It also ensures that data buyers use the data only as authorized.
