India & France alarmed by X’s Grok obscene AI

India’s just ordered Elon Musk’s X to take corrective action stopping its AI chatbot Grok from altering images of women by showing them partially undressed. France is investigating and looks poised to follow suit.

Musk himself has reportedly been amused by the deepfake – others including victims not so much.
