Salesforce Agrees to Acquire Qualified for Agentic AI Marketing

Salesforce has agreed to acquire Qualified, which provides agentic AI marketing tools. It works on websites to produce conversational experiences for leads and will be integrated into Agentforce Sales and Marketing. The price wasn't announced but Crunchbase lists $163 million in funding and LinkedIn lists 193 employees for Qualified.
