Contentsquare Partners with Shopify for CX Across the Customer Journey

Digital experience analytics vendor Contentsquare has announced a partnership with Shopify to provide a single view of the customer experience across the customer journey. It's via a new Contentsquare Shopify Partner app that collects and visualizes data in a matter of clicks. It uses AI to determine obstacles and fine-tune strategies.
