Horizon Media Introduces HorizonOS and Horizon Labs

Horizon Media has introduced HorizonOS, an open system that lets clients better control their adtech partnerships. It says the system aims "to bring human expertise and the latest technology to the forefront." Part of that technology is Horizon Labs, which tests and scales tools and measurement systems.
