The case brought against Illuminate Education Inc. claims the company; which collected students’ mental, physical and emotional health records for educational institutions, did not abide by promises to protect privacy and did not inform users of a breach for more than five months.
Cameroon just served up a draft of its data protection bill for debate and is getting pushback from some digital rights groups.
