GDPR too much time, trouble to comply?? Hang on, EU legislators may fix that

Four million, seventy-three thousand, four hundred minutes can seem an eternity focusing on privacy when businesses want to put profits first.

Apparently, that’s what the last nine years felt like to many who are determinedly lobbying the EU Commission for a break. Reports are these GDPR naysayers may get wishes granted, if, as privacy activists fear, Brussels bends to lobbying pressure.

Comcast Will Help Small Businesses Create TV Ads

Comcast is partnering with AI video creation platform Waymark to help small businesses promote their products and services by using AI to create TV ads. The aim is to expand Comcast’s market to businesses that may not have the resources to create TV ads the old way. This comes as Meta launches a program, Early Release, that will allow advertisers to test genAI creative features before ads are published on Meta platforms (not yet generally available).
