Specifically, plans are to: 1) monitor Facebook and Instagram to protect against fake celebrity endorsement scams, and 2) aid in identity verification for account recovery.
Yahoo has announced that it will make its cookieless identity solutions available to SSPs. Yahoo and Amazon are making Yahoo’s ConnectID available in Amazon’s Connections Marketplace. It will also be available through InMobi Advertising, Magnite, and PubMatic.
Salesforce is about to release Marketing Cloud Next, available to Marketing Cloud customers for an additional license (cost not yet known). It features improved access to Salesforce’s AI agents, including some that can converse with customers until it’s time to pass them to marketing or sales humans. There will also be a tighter integration with Commerce Cloud.
