Accenture and Adobe will partner to develop industry-specific generative AI solutions. Accenture will integrate Adobe Firefly Custom Models into its marketing services to enable clients to train custom models based on proprietary data and brand guidelines. Initial industries targeted will include retail and consumer goods, financial services, automotive and health.
The E.U. Court of Justice has found that Amazon is obliged under the Digital Services Act to disclose information about its online advertising in a publicly available archive. The court agreed that Amazon might suffer damage but said that interests defended by the E.U. legislature prevail. Amazon had contested that it is a “large online platform” as defined by the Act.
Based on a survey of 300 brand and agency and executives, the IAB reports a widespread perception that in-game advertising has matured and is now as easy to plan and buy as channels like online video and CTV. Games ad revenue is predicted to grow by $3 billion over the next three years. Forty percent of advertisers expect to increase investment in game ads, second only to social media (47%).
Salesforce has announced a new solution, Unified Knowledge, that will pull data from third-party systems thus supplementing Salesforce Data Cloud with external information sources. Initially, this is mainly aimed at helping Service Cloud users in combination with Einstein for Service’s generative AI. It was developed through a strategic partnership with AI vendor Zoomin.
