Adobe has long relied on its Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration instead of offering its own CRM system. The two firms have just upped the ante by adding industry-specific data models and AI features from C3.ai, which offers all kinds of AI-based applications. It reads real-time, unified data from Adobe Experience Platform and the shared data model of the joint Microsoft-Adobe Open Data Initiative.
The race to replace third party cookies continues. Lotame has unveiled its entry, Panorama ID, which combines Web data, customer IDs, and hashed emails to attach all possible identifiers to anonymous individuals. Lotame promises compliance with privacy rules including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD, but it also says Panorama ID is compliant with the IAB’s Transparency and Consent Framework 2.0, whose European version was recently judged to violate GDPR.

GrowthLoop will use TransUnion identity data to improve U.S. consumer match rates on client files sent to advertising media such as Facebook and Google Ads. The data should also help clients to find matches among records within their files, building more accurate customer profiles. GrowthLoop calls itself a “composable CDP”, meaning it works with data assembled in external data warehouses.
