Mobivity is addressing that challenge with a new feature that assigns a unique, customer-specific ID to marketing promotions and then captures the ID when a promotional offer is redeemed. The offers can be delivered by Mobivity’s own text messages or receipt-printed promotions or shared through external channels.
Salesforce has reversed course on its bid to acquire data management and integration platform Informatica a source has told Reuters. Informatica itself said that it is not in talks to be acquired. Salesforce stocks rose on this latest news while Informatica’s fell.
