Amazon leases Mumbai industrial land from L&T for data centre

Amazon data services india pvt ltd has leased 5.5 acre of industrial land with a potential development area of 2.39 lakhs sq ft, from Larsen & Toubro Ltd, in suburban Mumbai’s Powai area to set up a data centre. With businesses increasingly clustering together in cities, Amazon’s city-center data center will be a vital cog in the economy of Mumbai.

CDP mParticle Sold to Rokt for $300 Million

CDP mParticle is being acquired by ecommerce platform Rokt for a price of $300 million.  It’s the third acquisition of a leading independent CDP in a little over one month, following Uniphore’s purchase of ActionIQ and Contentstack’s purchase of Lytics.
