Salesforce also announced Interaction Studio, which makes in-the-moment recommendations based on customer profiles that are updated in real time with data from multiple channels. You may have thought that’s what Salesforce Journey Builder did, but Journey Builder is for predefined sequences of outbound messages like email. Glad we cleared that up.
Customer intelligence platform Acxiom will collaborate with ActionIQ to deliver enhanced customer insights. ActionIQ’s CDP will integrate with Acxiom’s demographic, household, behavioral and preference data and with Acxiom’s RealID identity resolution solution. Acxiom experts will work with clients to customize and streamline ActionIQ.
