Customer engagement platform Braze is partnering and integrating with Shopify to deliver personalized insights throughout the customer journey across Shopify-powered sites. New ecommerce capabilities will help brands take rapid action in response to pre-defined events like cart abandonment. Braze plans to roll out these capabilities to non-Shopify customers later in the year.
Among the product news from this week’s Adobe Summit is the new Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator to manage AI agents across Adobe and third parties through one interface. Among other things, agents can optimize websites and deal with repetitive content tasks as well as high volume data management. Adobe is also launching Brand Concierge, guiding consumers from discovery to purchase through conversational interactions.
Not only do 64% of consumers believe AI will improve and speed CX, CX leaders seem to agree with 42% making the use of AI a top priority. These figures come from a survey by Genesys on the customer service component of CX. While only 11% of consumers rate service as excellent, 63% do say it has been getting better.
When BlueConic bought experience builder platform Jebbit last July, it positioned the combination as “the industry’s first-ever Operating System for Customer Data”. In case their meaning wasn’t clear, they’ve now directly integrated Jebbit with BlueConic profiles and segmentation, enabling marketers to launch no-code quizzes, surveys and personalized guided journeys without leaving the CDP.
