The rules were otherwise scheduled to go into effect last weekend. The extension gives businesses a full year to get ready for compliance from the date the regulations were finalized in March 2023.

The new product, GivexEngageAI, also develops customer segments, executes marketing campaigns, and recommends next best actions. The company refers to it as a CDP and it does appear to tick all of our boxes.
