They offer breakouts by CDP type, enterprise size, vertical, region, and more, although it’s hard to imagine how they’d find that out. Price is $4,207.
Cybersecurity, data breach and compliance are driving privacy software spending, according to TrustArc’s 2021 Global Privacy Benchmark Report. Of the more than 1,600 senior executives and privacy officers surveyed, 82% had a dedicated privacy office, 28% planned to spend $1M or more annually on privacy, and 73% believed their company needed to do more. Nearly half favored using privacy management or GRC software over other alternatives.
Amplitude calls itself a “digital optimization system”, which could mean almost anything. In fact, they collect customer-level behaviors and product data, and use it to identify opportunities, build personalized messages, and track near- and long-term results. They just added an A/B testing module that draws on the same data, which lets it do much more than standard A/B tests.
Customer engagement platform MessageGears will partner with content localization and translation platform Smartling to streamline email translation and localization for 450+ languages. The workflow is automated but actual translations are still done by (machine-assisted) humans.
