Web personalization vendor Monetate has announced a new product that uses machine learning to select the best messages for each individual in real time. The company will continue to offer its test-based optimization system.

Content recommendation vendor Taboola announced a partnership with LiveIntent, which embeds advertising within email newsletters. The alliance will allow more personalized selection of the content that LiveIntent delivers to each user. LiveIntent relies on users to log in to identify themselves. It serves 160 million unique people each month in three billion email newsletters from 1,600 U.S. publishers.

With only eight days left until President Trump’s executive order reprieve of TikTok expires, Pew Research reports that only 34% of U.S. adults now support a ban, down from 50% two years ago. The number that believe TikTok poses a security threat has dipped ten points over the same period. Support for the ban has also declined in both parties.
