Consumers Feel More in Control of Their Lives: Havas

Yesterday we shared a Qualtrics survey that found consumers are crankier than ever,
with more refusing to so much as answer customer experience surveys. This Havas study offers a cheerier view: while 70% feel the world is headed in the wrong direction, 56% feel more in control of their lives than one year ago. They also demand that brands help out: 46% have stopped using brands that don’t respect the planet or society.
