Consumers Will Pay 17% More for Product Supported by Text Messaging: Quiq Survey

Let’s talk today about what consumers want. We’ll start a report from Quiq, which provides text messaging technology for customer service. They found consumers would pay 17% more for products that featured – you guessed it – text messaging for customer service. The survey has some more useful general information, such as that six in ten consumers would never buy again from a company that delivered a poor service experience. And, if you’ve just escaped from ten years in an ice cave, you may be surprised to learn that nearly 100% of Millenials text every day.

Engagio Integrates With Marketing Automation Platforms

ABM pure-play Engagio is now integrated with Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, and Marketo – what it calls “all major marketing automation platforms”, although presumably Marketo doesn’t consider itself that. But I digress. Engagio also lets salespeople execute predesigned campaigns, but it stresses that these incorporate all kinds of interactions, not just email.

Stackline Partners with Gigi to Improve Streaming TV Measurement

Amazon advertisers can now measure results outside of Amazon stores using a new service from Stackline and Gigi. Gigi will enable unified audience buying for Amazon Marketing Cloud and Amazon DSP, which run ads in Amazon’s online stores and streaming TV channels such as Prime Video.  Stackline’s panel-based multi-retailer attribution will track customer behavior across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major online or in-store retailers.
