Customer experience vendor Pegasystems has added separate programs that let independent software vendors (ISVs) and business users develop, sell, and share solutions based on the Pega platform. ISV products will be certified and sold in an online marketplace. Business users will mingle in a gamified community.

And what’s sexier than blockchain, eh? I can think of several things, but no matter. Here’s news that smart product platform EVRYTHNG has pawned its vowels to create Blockchain Integration Hub, which adds blockchain-enabled features to consumer products. They’ve partnered with three blockchain solution providers to enable functions like supply chain tracing, product authentication, and consumer rewards programs.

Enterprise AI vendor Uniphore has acquired CDP ActionIQ and cloud data engineering system Infoworks.  The combination of products will create a Zero Data AI Cloud that simplifies AI deployments by enabling companies to access data for AI projects without moving it from existing systems.  Prices were not announced.
