DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo, which DiscoverOrg purchased last month, are both already NeverBounce customers. So you can think of this as a bit of tidying up within the on-going consolidation of the B2B data industry.
Online survey vendor SurveyMonkey has bought Usabilla, which captures feedback from Web site users. It’s a natural extension of SurveyMonkey’s business. Price was $80 million.

Adobe has announced a new solution within its GenStudio suite, GenStudio for Performance Marketing. This self-service application is aimed at accelerating the creation of display and social ads, emails and banners using approved, on-brand content. The solution will leverage Adobe Firefly as well as third-party LLMs.
