Eighty-Four Percent of Customers Struggle With AI Self-Service: Coveo
A mighty 84% of customers that turn to AI-powered self-service options are struggling to find relevant information, whether in customer service or ecommerce contexts, and 53% identify search as the chief culprit. So says the CX Relevance Report from Coveo, based on a survey of some 4,000 U.S. and U.K. consumers. The good news: 62% of those frustrated are willing to give it another try.
