The list includes 50+ behavioral signals detected by machine learning; streams of real-time content recommendations; detection of unusual customer behaviors; and signals based on text analysis.

Here’s another feature announcement: data orchestration platform and CDP Openprise has released API Factory, which transforms automated business processes into custom APIs. This makes it easy for other systems to call an Openprise processe as a service. Nice.

The U.S. Senate has passed a bill that could potentially ban TikTok in the U.S. if its Chinese owner, ByteDance, does not sell its holdings within a year. The bill now goes to the President Biden, who has said he will sign it. Court challenges are likely to follow.
