Experian and Gupshup partner to offer free credit scores on WhatsApp

Experian, one of India’s leading credit bureaus and Gupshup, the leading conversational engagement platform, have partnered to offer credit scores to consumers on WhatsApp. The chatbot-based WhatsApp journey makes it convenient for consumers to access credit reports, track irregularities and detect fraud. With this initiative, the number of consumers checking their credit scores at Experian has grown almost two-fold since the service was launched.

CDP mParticle Sold to Rokt for $300 Million

CDP mParticle is being acquired by ecommerce platform Rokt for a price of $300 million.  It’s the third acquisition of a leading independent CDP in a little over one month, following Uniphore’s purchase of ActionIQ and Contentstack’s purchase of Lytics.
