Automotive CDP FullPath has announced an integration with DealerBuilt’s Oplogic Variable Operations Platform. DealerBuilt incorporates CRM, finance and insurance data, fraud protection and other components. The integration is aimed at enhancing customer data management for dealerships.
Google is continuing to modify its search results in an effort to comply more fully with the EU’s DMA regulations. Among the many changes, comparison sites (such as for shopping, hotels and travel) will be able to show more information about what is on their sites. Users will also be able to choose whether to see results from comparison sites or direct supplier websites.
Almost three-quarters of respondents to a survey of some 1,500 U.S. adults claim familiarity with AI, according to a report by ThinkNow. The segments most familiar were Asian, GenZ and Millennials, with Boomers ranking as relative outsiders. Despite their familiarity, 90% believe that AI education is important.
Enterprise AI vendor Uniphore has acquired CDP ActionIQ and cloud data engineering system Infoworks. The combination of products will create a Zero Data AI Cloud that simplifies AI deployments by enabling companies to access data for AI projects without moving it from existing systems. Prices were not announced.
