Game on, Australia! 81% are video gamers

Australia Plays 2023, a report published by the Interactive Games & Entertainment Association (IGEA) found 81% of Australians play video games. This marks a 14% increase over the past two years. The research done in cooperation with Bond University found 94% of Australian households have at least one device to play video games, 48% of gamers are female, and more older women than men play video games.
