AI-powered customer behavior analytics vendor Glassbox has announced its acquisition by private equity investor Alicorn Venture Partners for approximately $150 million. It will operate as an independent, privately held company. The company had previously raised $70.5 million in funding.
OpenAI has entered into a partnership with Reddit that will allow ChatGPT to ingest Reddit content via the Reddit Data API. Notably, this will give ChatGPT access to recent content on Reddit rather than just historical data. Reddit, in turn, expects to serve more generative AI features to editors and moderators.
