Ad tech company Glispa Global Group has acquired justAd, which sell tools to create interactive ads. Glispa also manages programmatic networks for display and app advertising, as well as offering a Data Management Platform, ad creation tools, and mobile SDK. JustAd is Glispa’s fifth acquisition in the past eighteen months.
The folks at Integrate.ai are rather vague on what their start-up will do, beyond applying SaaS-based artificial intelligence to first- and third-party data to optimize customer engagements. But that was enough to attract a second round of $4.6 million seed funding last week, on top of $5 million announced when the company was launched in February. No word on when a product will be released.

Amazon advertisers can now measure results outside of Amazon stores using a new service from Stackline and Gigi. Gigi will enable unified audience buying for Amazon Marketing Cloud and Amazon DSP, which run ads in Amazon’s online stores and streaming TV channels such as Prime Video. Stackline’s panel-based multi-retailer attribution will track customer behavior across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major online or in-store retailers.
