Playing catch-up in the AI agent space, Google now has a cloud-based AI agent ecosystem. Partners will now be able to build agents within Google Cloud with product support and go-to-market resources. It’s also launching an AI Agent Space in Google Cloud Marketplace. This will help customers find and deploy partner-built agents.
Almost three-quarters of respondents to a survey of some 1,500 U.S. adults claim familiarity with AI, according to a report by ThinkNow. The segments most familiar were Asian, GenZ and Millennials, with Boomers ranking as relative outsiders. Despite their familiarity, 90% believe that AI education is important.
Customer experience platform InMoment has launched AI Journey Insights. The new solution leverages LLMs and NLP (natural language processing) to map customer journey touchpoints, including from unstructured data like conversations. This should reveal the impact of journey touchpoints without the need for manual analysis.
Enterprise AI vendor Uniphore has acquired CDP ActionIQ and cloud data engineering system Infoworks. The combination of products will create a Zero Data AI Cloud that simplifies AI deployments by enabling companies to access data for AI projects without moving it from existing systems. Prices were not announced.
