Infillion Buys MediaMath Assets for $22 Million

Times are even tougher for adtech than martech.  The bankruptcy of one-time leader MediaMath was especially jarring, not to mention painful for advertisers left holding $125 million in unpaid bills. MediaMath assets were just purchased for a fire-sale price of $22 million by video ad buying platform Infillion.

Arthur Offers Tool to Compare Large Language Model Systems

Zeta Global to Buy LiveIntent for $250 Million

CDP and marketing cloud vendor Zeta Global announced an agreement to purchase LiveIntent, which helps companies do email-based advertising.  The deal will let Zeta expand its identity graph, enter the publisher monetization business, and accelerate its mobile and retail media products.  Zeta will pay $77.5 million in cash and $172.5 million in common stock, with potential for additional payments based on performance.
