Identity data vendor Infutor maintains its own data sets but doesn’t build customer databases for clients. They’ve just added a real-time identity verification and enhancement solution called ID Max. Clients can provide a single identifiers and get back lots of details if the system finds a match. I’d be more excited about this hadn’t announced something similar a year ago.
CDP vendor RedPoint Global has launched a packaged solution for retailers, including predesigned data models and campaign flows. The new offering is cheaper and faster to deploy than RedPoint’s flagship Customer Engagement Hub. Unlike the Engagement Hub, the retail solution runs only on the Azure SQL database, only ingests data through batch files, and is limited to email, SMS, direct mail, and Web site channels. It is targeted at retailers with $250 million to $1 billion in revenue.

GrowthLoop will use TransUnion identity data to improve U.S. consumer match rates on client files sent to advertising media such as Facebook and Google Ads. The data should also help clients to find matches among records within their files, building more accurate customer profiles. GrowthLoop calls itself a “composable CDP”, meaning it works with data assembled in external data warehouses.
