Less Than Half of Marketers Use Lifecycle Emails: Litmus

Only 44% of marketers use lifecycle emails to engage and retain customers according to a survey of 1,000 marketers by Litmus. Over a third are making the creation of automated and triggered emails a priority over the next 12 months. Perhaps surprisingly, customer retention (34%) lagged well behind growing sales and revenue (46%) as a KPI.
