Customer engagement platform MessageGears has purchased Swrve, a mobile app marketing platform. No word on plans to integrate the products. Unlike many customer engagement platforms and all CDPs, MessageGears relies on external data warehouses to manage customer data.
Coho AI combines AI with product-led growth – selling through freemiums, free trials, and similar test-it-yourself options. Specifically, their AI analyzes how customers are using a product and recommends interventions that will lead to further growth. They just raised an $8.5 million seed round.

It’s not quite as odd as it sounds, since they’re making Walmart’s in-store pickup and local delivery services available to merchants using Salesforce software. Salesforce also had a basket of other retail announcements yesterday, including an Azure data storage connector for its CDP.
Adobe has announced a new solution within its GenStudio suite, GenStudio for Performance Marketing. This self-service application is aimed at accelerating the creation of display and social ads, emails and banners using approved, on-brand content. The solution will leverage Adobe Firefly as well as third-party LLMs.
