Google has launched a closed beta in Search Ads 360 for offsite retail media campaigns. These campaigns can reach consumers in environments outside the retailer website. The SA360 retail media solution aims at helping advertisers to improve performance by combining retailer audiences with Google AI and scale across channels.

Persado and Bounteous x Accolite are partnering to add the former’s proprietary language knowledge base and genAI tools to the agency’s digital marketing capabilities. Persado is long-established as an automated generator of copy that outperforms human content and Bounteous becomes its first certified agency partner.

Just over half of consumers (54%) like to receive personalized messages because they show the consumers are known to the brand, plus they can be time savers. The rest (46%) find it at best unimportant, at worst creepy. Relevance far outstrips personalization when it comes to driving email opens (54% vs. 19%).
