This will allow CX teams to create unified experiences across apps, websites and other digital channels. Airship Journeys AI is available to create journeys, text and imagery across Airship-supported channels, particularly supporting the collection of zero-party data.

Blueshift Launches Shopify App Integration

CDP Blueshift has launched a new Shopify App Integration allowing ecommerce Shopify users to synchronize customer data, shopping behavior, and transactional information with the Blueshift platform. Using Blueshift’s personalization and cross-channel orchestration capabilities, Shopify merchants can optimize engagement across email, SMS, web, and mobile channels. Disney and OpenAI Reach Licensing Agreement for Sora

Disney has agreed to license more than 200 characters, costumes, and environments (but not voices or talent likenesses) to OpenAI for Sora, its gen AI video platform. This is highly unusual for Disney, which generally sues AI models for copyright infringement; in fact, it sued Google for that a day before announcing the OpenAI deal. Disney will also invest $1 billion in OpenAI, nicely illustrating how very eager they are to join the AI party.
