Oracle launches new Cloud services to help banks meet customer demands

Cloud major Oracle on Monday launched Banking Cloud Services, a new suite of componentised, composable services for the banking industry. The Cloud-native, software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite will give corporate and retail banks the agility to modernise their banking applications to meet customer demands.

Epic Games alleges Google not complying with Indian antitrust order

U.S. firm Epic Games is challenging Google in an Indian tribunal for not complying with some portions of an antitrust directive, alleging that the tech giant is not hosting the gaming company’s app store on Google’s Play Store app. Epic’s claims are the latest legal issues to plague the Alphabet Inc unit in India. Zeta Global to Buy LiveIntent for $250 Million

CDP and marketing cloud vendor Zeta Global announced an agreement to purchase LiveIntent, which helps companies do email-based advertising.  The deal will let Zeta expand its identity graph, enter the publisher monetization business, and accelerate its mobile and retail media products.  Zeta will pay $77.5 million in cash and $172.5 million in common stock, with potential for additional payments based on performance.
