Oracle Service Expands Access to CDP Data

Oracle has integrated more data from its Unity Customer Data Platform within its Oracle Service solution.  Service will now be able to route customers to agents based on history data in the CDP, while Service agents will be able to see the CDP data while interacting with customers and to assign customers to marketing campaigns.

Singapore’s Sea Ltd prepares move into Indonesia’s insurance sector

Singapore-headquartered e-commerce and gaming giant Sea Ltd is said to be preparing a move into Indonesia’s insurance sector. The US-listed tech firm has prepared plans to acquire an insurance company in Indonesia, Financial Times reported. Such an acquisition would prepare Sea to better compete with rival super apps including Jakarta-headquartered GoTo and Singapore-based Grab, which are aiming to provide a one-stop-shop from ride-hailing, food delivery to financial services to their users across Southeast Asia.

GrowthLoop and TransUnion Partner to Optimize Audience Reach

GrowthLoop will use TransUnion identity data to improve U.S. consumer match rates on client files sent to advertising media such as Facebook and Google Ads.  The data should also help clients to find matches among records within their files, building more accurate customer profiles.  GrowthLoop calls itself a “composable CDP”, meaning it works with data assembled in external data warehouses.
