Publicis Pays $4 Billion for Data-Driven Marketing Agency Epsilon

Ad agency giant Publicis announced a $4 billion purchase of data-driven marketing agency Epsilon from Alliance Data. The deal illustrates the transformation of mass media into addressable advertising.
