Robling and AnswerRocket are delivering a retail AI assistant named Max. Retailers can visualize their data and obtain insights through natural language conversations with Max. Max features on the new AI analytics platform that combines Robling’s data connectivity service with AnswerRocket’s genAI analytics consulting capabilities.
A glimpse of the extent to which genAI text is swarming the internet is provided by Originality.ai, the plagiarism checker. It estimates that more than 54% of longer (100 words-plus), English-language posts on LinkedIn are the work of generative AI. This actually represents a leveling off since ChatGPT originally launched when the growth in AI-generated posts spiked at 189%.
Only 44% of marketers use lifecycle emails to engage and retain customers according to a survey of 1,000 marketers by Litmus. Over a third are making the creation of automated and triggered emails a priority over the next 12 months. Perhaps surprisingly, customer retention (34%) lagged well behind growing sales and revenue (46%) as a KPI.
