Salesforce and Amazon Web Services are expanding their alliance, making it easier for developers to share data, workflows, and services between Salesforce and AWS applications. A separate announcement described new low-code development features for the Salesforce Platform. CDP Amperity also has a new partnership, with the Braze customer engagement platform. The integration will make Amperity’s unified profiles more easily available to Braze personalization and journey orchestration programs.
GrowthLoop will use TransUnion identity data to improve U.S. consumer match rates on client files sent to advertising media such as Facebook and Google Ads. The data should also help clients to find matches among records within their files, building more accurate customer profiles. GrowthLoop calls itself a “composable CDP”, meaning it works with data assembled in external data warehouses.
