Data analytics vendor Sisense announced a funding round of over $100 million, bringing total investment to more than $274 million. Sisense isn’t exactly a martech firm but it’s certainly used by marketers to analyze their data. And, hey, we don’t get to write about deals this big very often.
Adobe has announced a cloud-based version of Adobe Experience Manager, which combines a digital asset manager and Web content manager. The U.S. Senate has passed a bill that could potentially ban TikTok in the U.S. if its Chinese owner, ByteDance, does not sell its holdings within a year. The bill now goes to the President Biden, who has said he will sign it. Court challenges are likely to follow.
