It also announced capabilities to keep AI-driven actions on brand as well as the launch of AI agents and agentic workflows. A new content copilot enabled by Sitecore Stream AI will help marketers generate content variants.
Marketing automation platform Klaviyo has unveiled a CRM aimed at consumer brands. Capabilities include Customer Hub, representing the platform’s first move into the service space. It’s in public beta for Shopify users and expects to expand to other partners soon.
There has been further confirmation that Reddit may move to monetize content by putting some subreddits behind paywalls. Reddit CEO Steve Huffman has described this as “a work in progress.” Less and less of the internet is looking free.
Preliminary findings by the European Commission state that Apple and Google are in violation of the EU’s Digital Markets Act. Among the findings, Google Search is accused of prioritizing Google’s own products and services in results; Apple is instructed to improve interoperability between iOS and third-party devices. The companies now have an opportunity to respond.
