CDP Sitecore has launched SitecoreAI, a composable digital experience platform for marketers. Its focus is the Agentic Studio, which has 20 agents to automate workflows throughout the customer journey. Marketers and agencies can also create their own agents and flows.
Amazon has sued Perplexity over the Comet agentic browser, calling its ability to shop on behalf of users “misconduct” and “trespass.” Perplexity calls Amazon’s actions “bullying […] and intimidation.” While AI browsers threaten all web merchants, Amazon is one of the few that are strong enough to push back.
Roku has announced the Roku Ads API, which allows users to create integrations between Roku Ads Manager and other software such as CDPs and CRMs. This means developers can see Roku’s CTV data alongside data from other channels. Campaign and creative management capabilities are expected in the coming months.
