TikTok Adds Pay-Per-Actual-View Ad Unit and Plans Warehouses

TikTok continues to expand its advertising business, most recently with a pay-per-actual-view ad unit called Focused View. Clients are only charged if an ad is watched for six seconds or there’s a different interaction within that period. Separately: industry observers were agog this week at reports that TikTok is planning fulfillment centers to support its e-commerce ambitions.
