On Group, a Vietnam-based social commerce startup, announced that it has acquired local shipping aggregator TopShip. Following the deal, TopShip will be renamed to OnShip and act as one of the three main pillars of On’s ecosystem: logistics, sourcing, and financing.
The consumer watchdog, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), took Google to the Federal Court last year.
