Video hosting and distribution platform Vimeo will now allow creators to quickly launch their own video streaming services (no coding required). Creators can deploy membership options including access to live streaming and merchandise, as well as analytics and AI-automated translation services. It’s an intriguing example of what might be a trend: infrastructure platforms morphing into marketing systems.
CDP Tealium has announced an integration with MCP (Model Context Protocol), a standard developed by Anthropic. MCP solves the critical problem of connecting AI agents and models to data sources. Via its Moments API, Tealium will now be able to send consented, real-time data directly to AI platforms and agents to accelerate data-based customer engagement.

So says the CX Relevance Report from Coveo, based on a survey of some 4,000 U.S. and U.K. consumers. The good news: 62% of those frustrated are willing to give it another try.
